Simple cancellation and rescheduling.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, please contact Kushaan Doorstep Spa as early as possible. We will try to accommodate a new time subject to therapist and area availability.

Cancellation & ₹500 advance

A ₹500 advance is collected to confirm an appointment. The ₹500 advance is refundable when the booking is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment, or for a no-show, the ₹500 advance is non-refundable.

For an eligible refund, please message Kushaan Doorstep Spa on WhatsApp at +91 76750 33648 with your name and appointment details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment and no-shows are treated as late cancellations. The ₹500 advance is non-refundable in these cases.

Travel charges

Travel charges may apply depending on location. If a confirmed appointment is cancelled after travel arrangements have begun, any applicable travel-related amount will be discussed with the customer.

Service availability

If Kushaan Doorstep Spa needs to cancel or reschedule because a therapist is unavailable, travel conditions change, or a safety issue arises, we will contact you and try to offer an alternative time.
